Cave Comics & Collectibles provides the best, safest and most cost effective shipping, packaging and handling of your goods.
Packaging
Packaging has been carefully selected taking into account durability, strength and safety to ensure that your purchases are not damaged during transit. Our packaging is also lightweight to take into consideration the weight cost factor of shipping your goods, therefore providing you with more value for money.
Logistics
Our logistic operations will make sure your goods are properly packed, safely shipped and arrive on time. You can select from our range of shipping options with UPS and USPS and also track your shipments online. Refer to our Shipping and Delivery Terms for further details.
Insurance
Most services offered with UPS and USPS automatically include insurance of your goods to the value of up to US$100. Please read the Cave Comics and Collectibles Shipping document details.
Reporting Damaged Goods
All damages must be reported within 24 hours in writing to enquiries@cavecc.com. The report must outline the following:
- item description
- details of the damage to the item
- details of damage of the package (if applicable)
- a picture of the damaged product (if available)
Returns
Items that are returned must be packed in their original packaging or/contents and placed into a new envelope or parcel with our return address. The item must be returned within 48 hours of providing us with notification of the return, to the following address:
